- Provide all material, tools, transportation and manpower necessary to produce a vinyl full color graphics for wrapping of government owned bus, tractor, trailer and GMC Yukon: The substrate must be 3M Controltac TM Plus Graphic Film with Comply TM Performance 8620C ES and 3M Scotchcal TM Electrostratic Protective Overlaminated-Luster 8910 (ES). The colors must be Pantone PMS 287 C Dark Blue, Pantone PMS 2727 C Light Blue and Pantone Cool Gray 6 C and must be printed on 3M Scotchprint 2000 ESTAT printer. The vendor will provide the 3M Matched Component System Warranty. Work will be performed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio in the parking lot of bldg 7249. Life expectancy of the vinyl wrap will be guaranteed for 5-7 years. Installation is to be performed during the week of 6-12 Jul 03 or at a later date mutually agreed upon between the contractor and Air Force Entertainment. A. Wrapping of the bus: Vehicle Dimensions: One (1) 45?L x 12?3"H x 102"W, three axle, 2001 MCI Renaissance conversion motor coach. 1. On both sides of the bus below the rear window will be a box with the Air Force Emblem, U.S. Air Force and RAPTOR. On the left side of the box will be four (4) stars. (See illustration number 1) 2. On both sides of the bus between the windows printed in bold lettering the phone number ?1-800-423-USAF?. (See illustration number 1) 3. On both sides of the bus between the rear and front windows centered will be the Air Force Emblem. (See illustration number 1) 4. On both sides of the bus between the rear and front windows will be printed in bold letters ?AIRFORCE.COM?. (See illustration number 1) 5. On both sides of the bus on the rear of the bus will be a picture of a fighter plane. (See illustration number 1) 6. On both sides of the bus centered under the front windows in bold letters ?U.S. AIR FORCE?. (See illustration number 1) 7. On both sides of the bus centered under ?U.S. AIR FORCE? in italic lettering ?Tops In Blue?. (See illustration number 1) 8. Back of the bus top right corner will be a picture of a fighter plane.
