- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals to perform all operations in connection with project JCGU 97-1029, Repair Temporary Lodging Facility (TLF) Bldg 910 at Goodfellow AFB, Texas. The work includes demolition, carpentry, plumbing, reconfiguration of the heating-ventilation and air conditioning system, electrical, fire suppression system, and replace roofing system in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 236220, size standard $28.5 million. Performance period is 360 days after receipt of NTP. The performance period includes 60 days which is set aside for contractor lead time/mobilization. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED, open to both large and small business and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The estimated posting date to the FedBizOps website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) of the Request For Proposal will be 1 Jul 03. The site visit will be O/A 17 Jul 01, and Proposal Due date O/A 1 Aug 03, the exact dates will be included in the RFP when posted to FBO. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
