- Description
- The proposed contract is for, but not limited to, the construction of Add/Alter RAPCON, Building 1301. Work consists of general site work, grading, backfill for structures, temporary erosion and sedimentation control, termite control, concrete, steel joists, metal deck, rough carpentry, building insulation, gutters and downspouts, sealants, metal roofing, flashing, doors and frames, glass, hardware, gypsum board, interior finishes, specialty items, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. All work shall be in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. Magnitude of proposed project is between $ 500,000 and $ 1,000,000. Issue date is 10 June 2003 and response date is 10 July 2003. NAICS Code is 236220 and $28.5 million size standard. This acquisition is unrestricted with Hub-Zone preference applicable.
