- Provide Cardiopulmonary Bypass Packs on an on demand, as needed basis, for the VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, in accordance with the Specifications of this solicitation RFP 618-110-03. NON-STERILE EVALUATION SAMPLES -- Evaluation samples are required and must be received prior to or on the offer due date. NIACS 339113. Solicitation documents available June 16, 2003 with offers due July 18, 2003. Contract effective date estimated to be October 1, 2003 for a period of one year, with 2 option years. Written documents must be submitted; electronic of faxed responses will not be accepted.
