- Description
- Treasure Island Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for eye exam services, and prescription eyewear services for students studying at Treasure Island, San Francisco. All interested parties will have to submit a pricing program and proposal with a written response via email (imadad@jcdc.jobscorps.org) or by fax, 415-705-1839, or by USPS or other acceptable delivery methods, by the close of business day on 06/13/2003. The successful bidder must comply with all Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and be compliant under al related federal statutory requirements and regulations. Scope of Work Scope of Work 1. Provide eye exam services and dispense prescription eye wear (single lens, non tinted, etc.), for students attending classes at Treasure Island Job Corps Center 2. The location must be conveniently located in the San Francisco Bay area, and the hours of operation must be convenient for the students
