- Description
- The Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Service Center, intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, to Strategic & Learning Services, Inc. (SLS), 6100 Seagull Lane NE, B-200, Albuquerque, NM 87109. The North American Industry Classification System code is 611420. The size standard is $6M. This notice is issued to comply with the requirements of FAR Part 5. SLS has developed a computer based training module in support of the Nuclear Weapons Production Complex using their copyrighted Adult Learning Model. Under this requirement, SLS will be providing on-going development of the training module. No other program will satisfy the NNSA?s training and certification requirements and meet delivery requirements. Development of the required computer based training module by a second source would be cost prohibitive.
