- Description
- CHANGE PACKAGE DUE DATE FROM 7/7/03 TO 7/10/03. The Forest Service intends to aquire services for Grider Creek Watershed Restoration Stormpoofing #1. Project work includes clearing vegetation along roads and at sites, road narrowing and outsloping, excavation and hauling fill material to a waste area, construction of rockfills, removal of culverts, cleaning and reinstalling culverts, construction of catch basins and diversion dips, development and clean up of rock pits, generating, hauling, and placing pitrun aggregate and riprap, placing geotextile fabric, reconditioning roadbed and constructing ditches, installing prefabricated underdrain system and pipes, constructing a wire-face retaining wall, soil erosion and pollution control, seeding and mulching, and maintaining haul routes. This project will be a cooperative project between California Department of Fish and Game and the U.S. Forest Service and funded by both agencies. The project is located on the Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $28.5 million dollars. The price range is $250,000 to $500,000. The estimated start work date is August 6, 2003 with a contract time of 106 calendar days. This solicitation will be available for electronic download on or about June 5, 2003.
