SOURCES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD. APPROVED SOURCES: BRISTOL AEROSPACE LTD,CAGE:35951 HAC CORP,CAGE:1N454 CYCLONE AVIATION PRODUCTS LTD. CAGE S5503 GENERAL DYNAMICS ARMAMENT & TECHNICAL PRODUCTS CAGE 94304 CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM MARK IAW MIL-STD-130K, DATED 15 JAN 00. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES SEE CLAUSE 52.246-9G36 (SECTION I). TECH DATA PKG AVAILABILITY: DSCR DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR THIS NSN. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST TO DSCR-VABA. ORIGIN INSPECTION REQUIRED. FIRST ARTICLE/PREPRODUCTION APPROVAL REQUIRED BY GOVERNMENT TESTING. SAMPLE SIZE 1 EACH. Requested delivery is 213 DAFAA, and 90 DARO for the First Article. The quantity is 45 each, with an 100% option quantity. The FOB must be Destination with acceptance and inspection at Origin. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter RFP (offer) is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. EBB or EDI quotations are not acceptable. Requests for Proposals (RFP) will be available on the procurement gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home/. Contractors who have received hard copies in the past will now receive e-mail notifications if: an email address is listed in the CFR or you have registered your email address via the DSCR award/solicitation email registration at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/proc/register.htm. A solicitation will be issued on 25 June 2003.
