- Copies of the RFP are available on DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after 2 Jul 2003. Proposed procurement is for a 12-month Indefinite Quantity contract with 2 (12) month options. Noun: Transformer, Power under NSN 5950-00-165-3666. Approved source: Superior Electric (58474) P/n 116B1254 & Staco Energy Product (83008) P/n 033-3570. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 1-75. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites and Direct Vendor Deliveries. Delivery schedule: 50 within 90 days with a balance of 50 each every 30 days thereafter. See Note 26.
