- PR-No.: YPE03132000592. NSN 5965-00-669-9145. Handset. Full and Open competition applies. In accordance with drawing number (80063) DL-SM-B-207906, REV.V, 26 OCT. 81 and all associated drawings. MIL-H-11996B, 28 OCT. 80, INT. AMENDMENT 1 (CR), 12 DEC. 91, MIL-H-11996/1, 28 OCT. 80. Contractors not previously waived for First Article Testing will be required to complete First Article Testing. Government Inspection and Acceptance at origin. Approved sources are Star Dynamic Corp. (60428), Sonetronics (16575), and Action Systems (24379). Quantity to be determined to be delivered at the rate of 355-each 90 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 355-each every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various increments solicited: 355 thru 499; 500 thru 999; 1,000 thru 1,999; 2,000 thru 5,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. This solicitation is restricted to small businesses. This solicitation is expected to result in a 12-month Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with one 12-month option year. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil on its issue date of 06-27-03.
