- Description
- This is a combined sysnopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6 and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the RFQ; quotes are due on June 25, 2003, by close of business or 4:00 p.m. local time. This RFQ is totally set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 237990 with small business size standard of $28.5 million. The specifications consists of, but is not limited to the contractor providing water control structures as described in line items 0001 through 0012. The delivery date is six weeks from date of award. Quotes should be submitted electronically through http://www.FedBizOpps.gov and shall include the information at FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representation and Certifications for Commercial Items) with the DUNS, and Tax Identification Numbers and be Electronic Funds Transfer compliant. FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition. Quoters must acquaint themselves with the regulations concerning Commercial Item Acquisition contained in FAR Part 12. The referenced FAR clauses are available in full text at http://www.arnet.gov. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/RFQ to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the RFQ and is the most advantageous to the Government based upon price.
