- A-76 Tentative Decision, Cost Comparison Results for Clerical Support Services. The NRCS has completed a USDA Express Review study for Clerical Support Services. As a result of this study, performance of this function shall remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contacting the person listed below.
