- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is planning a Direct Conversion of Clerical Support services at some of the NRCS offices located throughout the State of New Mexico. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. Offerors are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. A solicitation will be released on approximately April 21, 2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2003).
