- General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest In Arlington, Virginia. REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of a maximum of 322,379 rentable square feet to yield a range of 258,600 to 268,600 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usf) and seventeen (17) inside parking spaces. Additionally, approximately 100,000 BOMA rentable square feet shall be available for an option to the Government. Space may be in 1 or 2 buildings. If space is in more than 1 building, buildings must be immediately adjacent and connected via pedestrian access. The facility must be handicapped accessible and must comply with GSA Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s security requirements. LOCATION: Site must be located in Arlington, Virginia within the following delineated area: Key Bridge to Fort Myer Drive to Lee Highway on the North, Rhodes Street to Queen Street to Arlington Boulevard to Washington Boulevard to Interstate 395 on the West, South Glebe Road to West Glebe Road Four Mile Run on the South, and the Potomac River on the East. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be available for occupancy by Fall 2005. Expressions of Interest Should Include the Following and be Submitted no Later than COB June 20, 2003: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Floor plan(s) showing location of offered space 4.
