- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for Toll Free Tax Law Call Center Services for a test period to be operational from approximately February 1, 2004 through April 16, 2004, with follow-on reporting and analysis period. Full description of the requirement will be made available with the Request for Quotations (RFQ). It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued in approximately 15 days after the date of this publication, or shortly thereafter. The solicitation will be issued by posting on the Internal Revenue Service web site at:"www.procurement.irs.treas.gov". No paper (hard copy) solicitation will be mailed out. All interested parties must access this solicitation at the referenced web site. This requirement will be issued as an unrestricted solicitation, with NAICS code 561422 and a small business size of $6M.
