- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites quotes for a rent to own procurement of a Tandem Dump Truck delivered to the Eastern Virginia Rivers National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 336 Wilna Road, Warsaw, Virginia, per the following specifications: 10 yard capacity, 6 x 4 conventional cab, minimum GVWR 52,000 lbs., steel or aluminum box with cab protector, 14,000 lbs. front suspension, 40,000 lbs. rear suspension, minimum 300 hp, minimum 1.9 grade ability-MED service, manual transmission matched with engine, 529 or 488 rear axle ratio with overdrive transmission, 11R 22.5 G/HWY front and rear tires with disc wheels, 50 gallon fuel tank minimum with fuel/water separator w/sight bowl-drain and paper element, heavy duty increased cooling capacity radiator, engine block heater, oil-lubricated front wheel hubs with clear caps, backup alarm, emissions Federal Requirements, dual element air cleaner for severe dust conditions, air release tail gate, engine exhaust brake, trailer towing package with pintel hook, dump bed cover, air ride seat-vinyl, air conditioning, AM/FM radio, white exterior paint, and front tow hooks-frame mounted, or equal. New or used. The Government will evaluate offers based on price and other related factors to determine best value. Terms for delivery are Destination, no later than 90 calendar days from receipt of order. Rent to own with 12 equal monthly payments. No solicitation is available, however, interested firms may submit quotes to the following address: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035-9589, Attn: Christopher Murphy. Faxed quotes will also be accepted at fax number (413) 253-8450. Quotes should be received by 4:00 pm on June 24, 2003.
