- NA Work includes but is not limited to: Repair Windows and Doors on Historic Army Family Housing Buildings, the existing wood windows and doors are to be stripped, renovated and painted. This will include all the inside window and door time, sill, threshold and frame, the basic window and door itself and the exterior window and door trim, sill, threshold and frame. All material to be stripped and wet scraped shall be assumed to contain lead. All buildings will be unoccupied. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Ordering period will be approximately eleven months (335 calendar days) from date of award. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business C ompetitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12 million. The North American Industry Classific ation System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238350. IFB is to be issued on or about 14 Jul 03.
