- NA The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for over 10,000 tons of surfacing material for delivery to location in Louisiana on the West Bank Mississippi River Levee. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, fuel, t ransportation and supplies necessary to furnish and deliver surfacing material as outlined in Section 1 of Scope of Work included in DACW38-03-T-0076. Pricing is requested on both crushed stone and sand-clay-gravel. Bidders may provide pricing for either or both types of material. Award will be made on one type of surfacing material on basis of best value and most cost effective solution. Numbered note 1.
