- NA This amends the Presolicitation Notice for DAAD05-02-R-0040, posted on April 24, 2002. The solicitation is now offered on an unrestricted basis for Full & Open Competition, open to ALL business concerns. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tool s, transportation, supervision, and associated work required to perform Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Orders issued under a Requirements Contract for the MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, RECONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, REPLACEMENT, and/or INSTALLATION OF A WIDE VARIETY OF ROO FING SYSTEMS in the Aberdeen and Edgewood areas of the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. This work will be in strict accordance with the specifications included in the solicitation. The NAICS Code is 238390 with a size standard of $12 million. The requ est for proposal (RFP) solicitation is available solely on the Internet at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. The RFP, DAAD05-02-R-0040, is available at the website now, however, another Amendment will be issued soon to answer questions and clarify points of concern. Contractors must be registered on this site in order to view any solicitations or contracts. New users, never previously registered, need to go to https://abop.monmouth.army.mil, under User Services click on User Guides and download the appropr iate Contractor guise. The go back to home page under User Services click on New User Registration, then click on Industry. At this point new users must decide if they are only interested in being able to Browse or Browse and Post as explained on the web site. After the user is registered, the Contractor may view the RFP by clicking on the Army Solicitations down arrow, selecting Robert Morris Acquisition Center, and clicking GO. Enter login and password then Opportunity by Number finally click on the so licitation RFP number, DAAD05-02-R-0040. Paper copies of the solicitation will NOT be made available, the solicitation will not be made available from any other source other than the website https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration database to receive a contract award from any Department Of Defense (DoD) activity. Contractors may access the CCR and register at http://www.ccr.gov.
