- Description
- Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the Common Munitions Bit/Reprogramming Equipment (CMBRE). Approved source for this requirement is the OEM, Alliant Integrated Defense Company LLC, Division: ATK Missile Systems Company, LLC. The anticipated contract award is 1 Oct 03. The contract will be for a basic contract period (FY04) and will include nine priced FY options (FY05-FY13). This will be a FFP contract. No data is available to support this acquisition. The approved SORAP identifies this as a CLS requirement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One or Limited Number of Responsible Sources.
