Description

Non personal Services: The contractor shall be required to provide AAA three-diamond rated contract quarters for billeting requirements for the following: Six (6) Single Occupancy Rooms, Check-In 1 July 2003 (approximately) Check-out 18 July 2003 (approximately) (6 Rooms x 17 Nights = 102 Room Nights (Days)); AND 244 Single Occupancy Rooms, Check ?In 7 July 2003 (approximately) Check-out 18 July 2003 (approximately) (244 Rooms x 11 Nights = 2,684 Room Nights (Days)). Hotel/Facility must be within 35 miles of Nellis AFB NV. This acquisition is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit an offer. NAICS 7211 (a small business firm would not exceed an average of $6 million annually) applies to this acquisition. The solicitation will be available electronically on or about 6 June 2003 through the electronic posting system at http://fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available.
