- Description
- The Carl T. Hayden VAMC, Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for Tile and Grout Restoration of approximately 14,221.50 square feet in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business participation. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561790, size standard of $6 million is applicable. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 11, 2003 with a due date of July 10, 2003, by 3:00 p.m. local time. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov Dissemination is limited to electronic medium, the VA will provide no hard copies. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
