Description

This project consists of construction of Well House and installation of Water Lines at the Sutton Bluff Recreation Area of the Mark Twain National Forest, Salem Ranger District, Reynolds County, Missouri. Solicitation requires constructing a 12 foot x 22 foot well house and installing approximately 1600 linear feet of water lines and freeze-proof hydrants. Successful Offeror shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, permits, insurance, and superintendence necessary to comply with contract terms and conditions. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation and any resultant contract. Layout of building shall be defined by Forest Service personnel and shall be completed by the site visit. A site visit will be held on June 19 at 9:00 a.m. at the Salem District Ranger Office at 1301 South Main Street, Highway 19 South in Salem, MO, 65560-2452. The contract time is approximately 45 calendar days. Prior to award Contractor must provide Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of proposal offer to Contracting Officer. This project is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Solicitation package will be available June 12 via FAX requests to 601.965.6029. TELEPHONE REQUESTS ARE DISCOURAGED. Price Range: between $25,000 and $100,000.
