- Lake In The Woods Diversion streamflow improvement project on the North Umpqua Ranger District 42 miles east of Roseburg, OR; Work includes construction staking, excavation, embankment, culvert removal, grade sag construction, salvaging and placing aggregate, riprap work and related drainage improvement activities; Work is limited to the period between July 15 and October 31 with additional limitations of July 16 through September 15 for work in streams with flowing water; The allowable performance period includes two field seasons with all work to be completed by October 31, 2004; This is a Request For Quotes; in addition to price proposals Quoters are required to complete a Questionnaire; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Technical response elements include past performance history, descriptive site-specific technical approach and general technical capability; Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, general technical capability, and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; This project may include option items for additional related work; The project magnitude is in the range between $25,000 and $100,000; NAICS 237310; Hard copies of this solicitation and the associated drawings are not available; Copies of solicitation documents must be obtained at the FedBizOps web site.
