- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Contractor shall provide, unless otherwise specified, all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to provide maintenance support services for: 1- FLEX/RS I/F CARD W/RS530 CA BLE ITEM/MFR NR: 00899292 CAFLEXRS530-KTR 2- CAMPUS RS SDSL RATE SEL-MODEM W/PS AND CORD ITEM/MRF NR: 00875504 CARS513-KTR 3- 12IN HD FLEX TO-EIA530F ADPT C BL CAC-HD53 ITEM/MFR NR: 00694349 CACHD53-KTR 4- STANDALONE MODEM 850NM, MM, 15DB, LED, ST ITEM/MFR NR: M2240-S-430-01-00-1 5- SHIPPING/HANDLING The estimated cost range is between $10,000 and $25,000, and is an all or none requirement. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTORS REGISTERATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT. OFFERORS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRAL REGISTERATION DATABASE MAY RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Registration can be accomplished on www.ccr.gov. This requirement is considered a small business set-aside. Interested Small businesses that meet the criteria must indicate their interest by submitting evidence of their capability to perform (three references with names, phone and contract numbers) within 3 days of this notice. If adequate interest is not received within the time specified, the contract will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside subject to FAR 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for Small Business Concerns.
