- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format of FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is 03T0115. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 335312. The size standard is 1,000 employees. Beale AFB, CA is requesting 1 ea: 60Hz, 200kw Diesel Onan Generator, including Enclosure-Sound Attenuating, Quietsite, Second Stage; Alternator-60Hz, 12 Lead, Upper broad range,105c; Exciter/Regulator-Pmg, 3 phase sensor; Circuit breaker-350a, 3p,600/700v,Ss Rms, 80%, UI/lec; Shutdown-Low coolant level; Extension-Engine coolant drain; Coolant Heater-120 Volt Ac, Single Phase; Rack battery; Window enclosure, control viewing; Extension oil drain; 72 hour dual wall sub-base tank; battery charger-10A-12VDC-60Hz-120VAC. An or equal WILL NOT be accepted. FOB point will be Destination to be delivered 6541 B Street,Bldg 2541 Beale AFB Ca 95903. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition.
