Description

The work includes but is not limited to repair of structural steel column base plates, hangar doors including associated accessories, and cracks on concrete floor slab; repair and replacement of furring strips and exterior metal siding; resealing of existing concrete floor construction and contraction joints; removal of lead-based paint on interior metal surfaces; repainting of all indicated exterior and interior steel surfaces and incidental related work in accordance with the specifications and drawings. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTY OF JAPAN. PROSEPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT.
