Description: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has completed a streamlined cost comparison study for paralegal support, equal to one FTE, in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised) dated May 29, 2003. As a result of this study, performance for this function shall remain in house.
