- Description
- The Library of Congress solicitation, RFP#S-LC03013, for the FEDLINK Program Information Retrieval Services is hereby amended to an Open Solicitation. There is no closing date, proposals will be evaluated as received. Additionally, section A.1. of the RFP is amended as follows: Overnight express mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc) should be addressed to: "The Library of Congress, Contracts 20540-9414, 9140 East Hampton Drive, Capital Heights, MD 20743, ATTN: Charles Wilson, FEDLINK Contracts, LA-318, Proposal to RFP#S-LC03013 Enclosed."
