- U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA The U.S. General Services Administration seeks proposals to lease from 23,965 to 26,360 usable square feet office and related space for occupancy by the U. S. Attorney?s Office. Occupancy is desired by October 1, 2004. Offered space shall be in a Class A commercial office building of modern design or first class rehabilitation in modern use. New construction will be considered. Building class will be evaluated on desirability of one building over another using age, location and quality as determining factors. Proposed tenant space must be conducive to efficient layout for the intended use. Unique Requirements: Must be located on the third floor or above. If multiple floors are proposed, space must be located contiguously on no more than three floors and one floor must provide a minimum of 10,000 usable sf. Must provide 150-lbs/sf floor load capacity for 2,000 sf of library space. Must include 13 reserved and designated parking spaces, with controlled access, located on-site or within ? block walking distance. Visit www.rmrpbs.gsa.gov for information on location and term.
