Lutz, Contracting Officer The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, via the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13, intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to the Community of Science in Baltimore, MD. EPA's Office of Research and Development (ORD) has a requirement for a subscription to an electronic database of scientific and technical qualified reviewers that may be considered as potential candidates for its review Panels. The database must contain a search function that allows the user(s) to search for reviewers based upon their areas of expertise, number of pending applications, or the types of research in which the candidates are presently involved. This subscription will provide a EPA with access to the organization's website and its corresponding databases. The period of performance for the Purchase Order will extend five years from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) is available. All interested parties may submit a response, which if received, within 15 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Interested vendors shall provide detailed information outlining the capabilities which clearly meets the requirements stated above. Any response(s) failing to provide the aforementioned data, but instead choosing to submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the RFQ will be disregarded.
