- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to ITT Microelectronics Center, on other than full and open competitive basis, an award for 5 each Amplifiers packaged and connectorized using microwave monolithic integrated circuit chip, MA/Comm Inc. part #MA08509D; 5 each Amplifiers packaged and connectorized using microwave monolithic integrated circuit chip, TriQuint Inc. part #TGA9083-SCC, and non-recurring engineering fees connected with the manufacturing of these parts. Sole source is based on unique capabilities needed to meet the needs of NRL. See note(s) 22.
