- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Tornado 2.0 Pro Maintenance Renewal, Quantity 2 ea. 2) VxWorks License Support Maint., Quantity 1 ea. 3) VxWorks Run time License, PPC Platform, Quantity 42 ea. This requirement is sole sourced to Wind River, 500 Wind River Way, Alameda, CA 94501-1171, due to proprietary data rights. Any firms believing that they can provide the Software development system support and maintenance renewal and operating system run time licenses, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the (data/service) without causing programmatic hardship.
