- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 6/5/03 or 6/6/03. "TELEPHONE SOLICITATIONS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED" The work of this contract consists of the general construction of removal of asphalt paving, removal of storm drainage and structures, installation of storm drainage and structures, base aggregate, grinding bituminous concrete and seeding. Wage and Labor rates will apply, General Decision Number PA020014 Estimated cost is between $25,000 -- $100,000 Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of cost of project will be required. Insurance certificate naming the Gettysburg National Military Park as the other insured will be required. There will be a site visit for this project on 6/18/03 at 1:00 PM.
