- This Modification to Presolicitation Notice 72732 provides the following questions and answers to all potential Offerors: Question 1: Is this a University Study? Answer 1: This is a competitive bid. Universities [are] able to bid [and] it would be a decision within a university on whether they [want to]. Question 2: Will the price reevaluation go up or down? Answer 2: At this time it is expected to remain the same. Question 3: Regarding the SAR data, is there a potential agreement for access? Answer 3: We haven't heard back from them yet, but if we did get a yes answer, it would mean they have to sign their own agreement and probably look at the data in our office.
