NA PRON: AX3Q0191AX, NSN: 1560-01-439-0344, PN: 406-060-813-191, 10 each, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-500. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 7 6053, Cage Code 97499, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source (s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Required Delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each 420, Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify t hemselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
