- NA This requirement is for PRON: AX3C0200AX, NSN: 1650-01-320-1197, PN: 145HS656-2, Quantity: 100 each minimum/420 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Airframe. This item is restricted to Boeing Co The DBA Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, 81205, Cage Code: 77272, TACTAIR Fluid Controls INC., 4806 West TAFT Road, Liverpool, NY, 13088-5596, Cage Code: 70236, and Pall Aeropower Corp.., 5775 RIO VISTA Drive, Clearwate r, FL, 33760-3137, Cage Code: 18350. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Require delivery is 100 each 240 Days After Contract Award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of this part from the approved source(s). Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing know ledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. ??????This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose Export is restricted by the Ar ms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive order 121470.
