Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000; New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to HR Textro n Inc., 25200 West Rye Canyon Rd., Valencia, CA 91355-1265 Cage Code 81873, because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or a ny other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. The Required Delivery Date without First Article Testing is 67 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annota ted is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
