- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation FQ5004313902 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. The small business set-aside is dissolved. The requirement consists of the following, (CLIN #, Quantity and Unit of Issue, Description;) SERVICES NONPERSONAL: To furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to contract items listed below: Perform four internal API 653 Inspection for tank number 3 (10,000 bbl). Tanks number 35 and 40 (30,000 bbl each). Tank number 61 (55,000 bbl). All four tanks for internal inspections will be turned over to the contractor empty, cleaned, and vapor free, ready for entry. Perform two external API 653 Inspections on tank number 15 (10,000 bbl) and tank number 22 (100,000 bbl). Each tank (total of six, four internal and two external) will have a complete inspection report to include a ?Suitability for Service? certificate with two copies for a total of three reports per tank. Hours of Operation. Normal hours of operation shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays identified below. There may be situations that require contractor to work other than normal hours. Holidays: The contractor is not required to provide service on the following days: Independence Day (4th of July). Destination. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer, along with its alternates I and III. 252.212-7001, Content Terms and Conditions; To reference FAR clauses see - http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ Wage Determination # 94-2017 rev 26 applies to this procurement in full force and effect.
