White II St. MS 7200 Patrick AFB, FL 32925-3238 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. IMPORTANT NOTICE: FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer?Central Contractor Registration (MAY 1999) and DFARS 252.204-7004 (Required Central Contractor Registration (NOV 2001)), require registration in the CCR database. CONTRACTORS MAY REGISTER ON-LINE AT HTTP://WWW.CCR2000.COM/. IT?S MANDATORY TO OBTAIN A DUNS NUMBER PRIOR TO REGISTERING. CALL DUN & BRADSTREET (1-800-333-0505) TO OBTAIN. AWARD CANNOT BE MADE UNLESS REGISTERED. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number F08650-03-T-0157 is issued as a request for quotations and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09 and thru Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20021001. This procurement is set aside for all responsible small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334515/334519. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 45 CONS, Patrick AFB, FL, has a requirement for the following Line Item: 1 each, Unit Price_________ TOTAL PRICE: __________ Description: - (2 ea) EMCO 3106, Horn Antenna, 200MHz ? 2GHz (or equivalent) - (2 ea) EMCO 3301B, Active Monopole, 30Hz ? 50Hz (or equivalent) - (2 ea) EMCO 6502, Antenna, 10KHz ? 30MHz (or equivalent) - (2 ea) EMCO 6511, Antenna, 20Hz ? 5MHz (or equivalent) - (2 ea) EMCO 3104C, Bicone Antenna, 20 ? 200MHz (or equivalent) . TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER and FOB DESTINATION. Shipment will be made to AFTAC/TAIR, 1030 S. HWY A1A, Patrick AFB, FL. 32925-5270. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror/Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (MAY 2002). The following FAR clauses and provisions are hereby included by reference: 52.212-1, Evaluation-Commercial Items Alt I and III (OCT 2000), 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items (MAY 2002), and 52.219-6, Notice of Small Business Set-Aside (JUL 1996).
