- Please note that Robins AFB has a pending requirement for base-wide facilities maintenance. The attached draft RFP and Statement of Work (SOW) outline the requirements and details of this job. Furthermore, the attached spreadsheet shows the proposed format for submitting pricing for the individual jobs. All interested parties are instructed to respond to Robert N. Jones, Jr. by e-mail at Robert.jones3@robins.af.mil so a pre-solicitation conference can be scheduled. This conference will be held no earlier than June 30, 2003 and no later than July 18, 2003. A final RFP will be posted after the pre-solicitation conference. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) IDIQ and FAR Part 12 applies. This requirement is a total HUB-Zone set-aside and numbered note 27 applies.
