- REPAIR BUILDING #1 MAIN SEWER BREAK: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including but not necessarily limited to site utility as shown on project drawings; site clearing, excavation for new site utilities, rough grade and filling to sub-grade elevations for future building area, and modification of existing lawn irrigation system within the area for the proposed future building in accordance with the drawing and specifications. Solicitation packages will be available after 6/20/03. There is a non-refundable $25.00 bid package fee. Request for solicitation package must be in writing on company letterhead and mailed, with the bid package fee to VA Medical Center, Attn: Brian Thomas (90C), 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on 7/24/03 in Building 5 Room 107, VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. NAICS 237110 applies. Size Standard: $28.5 million. PROJECT COST RANGE: Between $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Walk through on July 8, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
