- Description
- Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials, and supervision to perform all work required for Project 679-04-102 =93Interior Painting Task Order=94 at the VA Medical Center, 3701 Loop Road East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35404. Work involves light sanding and patching, one coat of paint, and moving of furniture and fixtures in order to paint in designated areas, which will be determined as needs arise. Painting will be primarily in a hospital and office setting. This task order contract will be based on a minimum yearly guarantee of $10,000.00 with a maximum yearly value of $150,000.00. Individual task order will be at of at least 300 square feet per order with a start time of 5 working days upon receipt of task order with a completion time to be negotiated at validation meeting. Estimated solicitation issue date is June 20, 2003, with a bid date of July 29, 2003. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 235210 and size standard of $12 million applies to this procurement. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds, and is restricted to businesses located in HubZone Designated Areas. There will not be a formal walk through of the hospital for this procurement.
