- Description
- VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN # 2) comprising of medical centers located in Albany, Bath, Buffalo, Batavia, Canandaigua, and Syracuse New York is seeking qualified Small Businesses Firms who have the technical expertise and necessary resources to provide required training and coaching services to implement Six Sigma Methodologies in its continuous improvement programs. Training shall be sufficient for VISN 2 to develop additional problem solving projects that could benefit from applying Six Sigma methodologies. Offerors with the ability to provide these services shall submit a WRITTEN REQUEST ONLY for the solicitation package to Michael C. Brennan, Network Contracting Officer (500/2-90NCA), Stratton VA Medical Center 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York 12208. Telephone request will NOT be accepted. Solicitation package issue date will be o/a June 4, 2003.
