- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology, Acquisition & Logistics Division is seeking Hotels and Conference Facilities to supply meeting rooms, services and food for the following dates and specified amount of attendees in the Orlando, Florida area. Requirement includes classroom style setting for 30 people and sleeping rooms for 84 people Saturday April 24, 2004 and 259 on Sunday April 25, 2004. On Monday April 26, 2004 and Tuesday April 27, 2004 provide sleeping rooms for approximately 300 people. On Wednesday April 28, 2004 provide a classroom setting for 30 people and sleeping rooms for approximately 100. On Thursday April 29, 2004 provide a classroom setting for 30 and sleeping rooms for 35. On the preceding dates the contractor must also provide audiovisual equipment such as a data projector, screen in each of the breakout rooms and a podium, microphone and lavaliere microphone in the large meeting rooms. The hotel must also provide a coffee break and continental breakfast for up to 400 people on all above dates and a reception on Sunday April 25, 2004. The hotel must be able to provide a buffet or plated lunch for up to 400 people on all above required dates. Hotels shall submit availability statements, applicable menus, product literature and price lists to the attention of Patrick Barbour, Contract Specialist, NIST, 100 Bureau Drive, Mail Stop 3571, Gaithersburg, MD 20899 not later than June 16, 2003.
