- Description
- The scope of work includes exterior building maintenance on three forest-owned facilities. Contractor shall remove and replace specified windows, doors, damaged siding and trim. Contractor shall prepare and paint exterior siding and trim. Contractor shall remove and replace existing roof cover and aluminum gutters. Engineer's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation should be available for downloading from this site, on or about June 19, 2003. A Payment bond will be required from the successful quoter.
