- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Marketing Service, Cotton Program intends to procure the following: Pickup of Cotton Samples from Gins and Warehouses at points shown in the specifications and the Delivery of Sacks to the U.S.D.A. AMS, Cotton Program, Phoenix Classing Office at 2507 E. Chambers Street, Phoenix AZ 85040. For specifications and/or Questions concerning the routes or the bidding process, equipment required, or insurance requirements please call Vernon Burkholder @ 602-379-3414 *** ROUTE Number THREE (3) Eastern Arizona, New Mexico and Southwestern Texas with 13 pickups. Estimated 5,600 ? 6,600 Sacks. Sample pickup should begin around the week of September 30,2003. *** This is a 100% small Business Set Aside using NAICS 484220 with a size standard of $21.5 Million.
