- IDT03085005110 FSC:8145 Nomenclature: Shipping and Storage Containers, Misc. The solicitation will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under Commercial Procedures. The IQC will be for a (2) two-base year period, with (3) three one-year options. This is an Unrestricted acquisition. This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under FAR 6.302.1 and 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The approved source is Tankinetics, Inc.(8Z037). The solicitation will not become available on the Procurement Gateway until the solicitation issue date. The anticipated issue date is on or about 30 June 2003. "Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://214.3.146.126/home. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs.
