- This information is for solicitation SP0100-03-R-0147. The item is Jumper, Woman?s, 100% Poly, White, Shade #3006. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8410-01-312-1415(s). The military specification is MIL-J-24949 (NU), Cloth, Twill, Polyester, White, Shade #3006, Piece No. 03063 (this replaces old piece no. 00047). The pattern is dated 01 June 2001. The purchase quantity is MIN 48,912 each / MAX 74,832 each for the BASE YEAR ONLY and quantity MIN 34,768 each / MAX 57,936 each for the four (4) OPTION YEARS. It is the Governments intent to spread over three (3) deliveries every three (3) months. The first delivery is due 150 days after the date of the award. This purchase requires Bill and Hold. The destination is the Contractor?s plant. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a firm fixed price contract. This is a Best Value Acquisition with Source Selection Procedures. The following factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: (1) Product Demonstration Model (PDM); (2) Past Performance/Experience; (3) Bill and Hold; (4) Electronic Data Interchange Plan; (5) Manufacturing Plan and (6) DLA Mentoring Business Agreement. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor. The cloth that is used for this item is Cloth, Twill, 100% Polyester, White, Shade #3006. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for this acquisition. Reference Number Notes 1, 9 and 26. (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
