- Amendment 0001 to Solicitation no. USSS030032 provides the following clarifications and revisions: 1) The overall housing dimensions are increased to read not larger than 5.0 inches tall by 13.5 inches wide by 2.0 inches deep; 2) White LEDs are to be arranged in not less than one column on the outer edge of each array; 3) The price of Line Item 0001 shall be for quantity 400 ea. LED Visor lights; 4) The weight limit is revised to read not greater than 24 oz. installed; 5) Incorporate new FY03 Option Line Item 0002 as follows: The price for OPTION Line Item 0002 shall be for up to quantity 400 each additional LED visor lights. Option Terms: Delivery of option quantity, if exercised, within sixty (60) days of option exercise; (note delivery under any option, if exercised, shall not be required sooner than forty-five (45) days later than scheduled final delivery of base quantities or previous option quantities). Option quantity may be exercised in whole or in part, and if exercised, shall be fully exercised not later than 9/30/03. Partial delivery is hereby authorized with production lot quantities of not less than one hundred (100) visor lights; 6) Incorporate new FY04 Option Line Item 0003 for up to quantity 400 each additional LED visor lights, with Option to be exercised not later than 9/30/04. Mirror Option Terms shown above excepting exercise date; 7) Incorporate new FY05 Option Line Item 0004 for up to quantity 400 each additional LED visor lights, with Option to be exercised not later than 9/30/05. Mirror Option Terms shown above excepting exercise date; 8) Incorporate new FY06 Option Line Item 0005 for up to quantity 400 each additional LED visor lights, with Option to be exercised not later than 9/30/06. Mirror Option Terms shown above excepting exercise date; 9) Additional FAR clauses cited in FAR 52.212-5 that apply to this acquisition follow: FAR 52.203-6, Restrictions on Sub-contractor Sales to the Government, with Alternate I; FAR 52.219-8, Utilization of Small Business Concerns. FAR 52.217-7 Option for increased quantity-separately priced items is also hereby incorporated; 10) Quote due date is hereby extended to Tuesday June 10, 2003, 10:00 AM EDT. Offeror must acknowledge receipt of Amendment.
